Principal Solution Consultant - Oracle/NetSuite Implementation

Position Overview :Dimension Consulting is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant - Oracle NetSuite to lead complex NetSuite implementations and serve as a senior, client-facing delivery leader. This role goes beyond subject matter expertise and focuses on end-to-end ownership of solution design, implementation, team leadership, and successful customer outcomes.Key Responsibilities :- Own end-to-end NetSuite implementation delivery, from discovery and design through go-live and post-production stabilization.- Serve as the overall solution lead, ensuring functional, technical, and integration components align with client business objectives.- Guide clients through business process transformation using NetSuite best practices rather than lift-and-shift designs.- Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, process owners, and IT leadership.- Lead workshops, solution walkthroughs, design reviews, and steering committee discussions.- Lead design and configuration across Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash.- Oversee integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (PLM, WMS, MES, Payroll, Banking, eCommerce, etc.).- Lead and mentor functional consultants, senior consultants, and offshore teams.- Own UAT strategy, execution, and defect triage.
