Technical Project Manager - .Net

Key Responsibilities:1. Project Delivery & Management:- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.- Develop comprehensive project plans, track milestones, and manage resource allocation across multiple .NET projects.- Manage project budgets, forecast costs, and implement corrective measures to prevent budget overruns.- Monitor project performance using tracking tools like AzureDevOps.2. Technical Leadership:- Provide architectural guidance and technical mentorship to development teams building scalable microservices and distributed systems.- Ensure code quality by enforcing best practices in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and automated testing.3. Stakeholder & Risk Management:- Serve as the primary liaison between local/global clients, third-party vendors, and internal engineering teams.- Identify potential project risks and proactively establish mitigation plans.Qualifications & Skills:- Experience: 10-15+ years in IT software development, with at least 3-5 years specifically in a technical project management role leading .NET teams.- Core Tech: Understanding of the .NET ecosystem, including C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.- Methodology: Strong practical experience with Safe Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.- Certifications: PMP or Scrum certifications (CSM/PSM) are highly preferred.
