Position: Manager - Maintenance

Location: Masat - Silvassa

Experience: 10 - 12 Years

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy for all machinery and equipment.
  • Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Schedule and supervise maintenance work, ensuring minimal disruption to production.

• Team Management:

  • Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments.

• Safety and Compliance:

  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

• Troubleshooting and Repairs:

  • Oversee and support troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or services.

• Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, service reports, and equipment history.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance performance, issues, and improvements.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
