About the job
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Coach / Trainer to train, guide, and mentor individuals on our products, services, systems, and business processes. The candidate should be able to simplify complex topics and deliver engaging, practical training sessions.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct online and offline training sessions.2. Train participants on products, services, sales, technology, or business processes.
3. Create training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
4. Guide and mentor participants to improve their skills and performance.
5. Conduct workshops, webinars, and doubt-clearing sessions.
6. Track participant progress and collect feedback.
7. Keep training content updated and relevant.
