Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Sales professional with 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, confidence in dealing with international prospects, and a proven ability to convert leads into qualified business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential B2B clients, businesses, and decision- makers through market research and prospecting.
• Conduct outbound sales activities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels .
• Generate, qualify, and manage leads based on defined customer profiles and business requirements.
• Connect with prospects to understand their business needs and purchase requirements .
• Schedule and conduct qualified sales meetings, product demos, and discovery calls.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the cycle to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospects and clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system .
• Research target industries, companies, competitors, and key decision- makers to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on pipeline, prospects, conversions, and target achievement.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and generating repeat business where applicable.
• Stay updated with sales methodologies, prospecting techniques, industry developments, and international business trends .
• Continuously improve sales approaches based on market feedback, prospect responses, and conversion data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a similar client-facing sales role.
• Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, and client acquisition .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Confident in communicating with international clients.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and lead-conversion techniques.
