Solution Architect - System Design

Role : Solution Architect (Hands-On) SaaS Product DevelopmentExperience : 8 to 15 YearsLocation : BangaloreWork Mode : Work From OfficeAbout the Role : We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Solution Architect to drive the design, development, and evolution of modern, secure, and scalable SaaS platforms. This role requires a strong blend of architectural leadership and hands-on engineering expertise. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to coding, system design, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making while guiding engineering teams toward building high-quality, cloud-native solutions.Key Responsibilities : Architecture & System Design : - Define and evolve the overall architecture of SaaS products and platform services.- Design scalable, resilient, secure, and cloud-native architectures.- Lead architecture initiatives for : 1. Multi-tenant SaaS Platforms2. Identity & Access Management (IAM) Solutions3. Distributed Systems & Microservices4. API-First Platforms5. Event-Driven Architectures- Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.- Conduct architecture reviews and technology evaluations.- Drive technical roadmaps aligned with business and product objectives.Hands-On Development : - Contribute directly to the development of core platform components.- Build and optimize backend services using Golang.- Design and implement RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations.- Develop scalable data models using MongoDB and NoSQL databases.- Participate in coding, debugging, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis.- Promote engineering excellence through clean coding practices, testing, automation, and code reviews.Security & IAM (Preferred) : - Design secure-by-default application architectures.- Implement IAM standards and security best practices.- Work with : 1. OAuth 2.02. OpenID Connect (OIDC)3. SAML4. Zero Trust Security Principles- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.Required Skills : - 8+ years of software engineering experience.- Proven experience as : 1. Solution Architect2. Technical Architect3. Principal Engineer4.
