We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Electrical Project Coordinator with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati Assam. This is a contract position focused on managing and coordinating electrical projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage electrical engineering projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project and other Microsoft Planning tools.
• Liaise with clients contractors vendors and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress identify potential risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage project documentation including drawings specifications and change orders.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and services for electrical projects.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (.) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-5 years) in electrical project coordination or management.
• Proficiency in MS Project and other Microsoft Planning (MSP) tools is essential.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems components and installation practices.
• Excellent organizational time management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
