Job Role Requirements

Description

• Technical Feasibility study on design enquiries and develop design concepts
• Creates design controls to support customer User Needs and Intended Use Statements
• Understand and generate Design Failure Mode Effective Analysis -DFMEA and risk mitigation plan.
• Complete knowledge of Hydraulics such as pressure to load calculations.
• Design Conceptualization / Development / verification / clearance process.
• Design tolerance awareness and knowledge and set the same to suit manufacturing Critical to Quality (CTQ)
• To develop designs while keeping DFM, cost, reliability, and timing in mind
• Design files – Management & control for Storage, Traceability , Retrievability and Issue
• Management and control of historical data and revisions effectively
• Convert approved design into product development stage.
• Preparation of Gantt for the complete end to end process from design to 1 st sample.
• Adherence to process for transfer of design to product development stage
• Maintain track of data for enquiry to product development stage

• Manufacturing feasibility Plan
• Product FMEA
• Raw Material selection
• Gauges & Fixtures required for manufacturing.
• Process control Plan.
• QAP for Inspection &Testing
• MSA – Measure system Analysis setting
• Final product testing and clearance

• Knowledge of Metallurgy (different alloy steel grades as per EN , DIN or ASTM standards)
• Knowledge of Heat Treatment process
• Knowledge of surface coating process
• Knowledge of machined output

• Team Management – mentoring and training team members.
• SAP B1 Product Master Data creation, maintenance, and support.
• Prepare & maintain documents related to ISO audits. ( internal & External)
• Support the technical sales team for customized enquiries.
