2. Follow up with leads and prospects through phone calls to drive conversions and sales.
3. Engage in meaningful conversations with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
6. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any queries or concerns promptly and effectively.
7. Stay updated on the latest features and offerings of our platform to effectively communicate with customers.
