Looking for a Lead full stack Engineer who can lead the end to end development for Acoustic bearing detection product for Railway Tech start up.Key Responsibilities :- Own end to end software architecture and technical roadmap.- Lead development from design through deployment and production support.- Drive architecture, code quality, engineering processes, and technical decisions.- Lead a multidisciplinary team across backend, ML, DSP, frontend, and DevOps.- Design scalable edge to cloud systems for sensor data processing and analytics.- Support field deployments, validation, and performance improvement.- Work closely with customer, domain experts, and stakeholders.Required Skills :- 4 -10 years of software engineering experience.- 2+ years in a technical leadership role.- Strong in backend engineering using Java or Python.- Strong in API development, Distributed systems, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases.- Good to have experience in Industrial data systems like timeseries and sensor data or Real-time data processing or Edge-to-cloud architectures.Preferred Industries :- Railways.- Industrial automation.- Bearings and rotating machinery.- Manufacturing.- Industrial IoT.
