About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage assigned leads and ensure timely follow-up until closure.2. Understand customer requirements, lifestyle, budget, and project expectations.
3. Conduct consultations through Experience Centre visits, virtual meetings, or site visits.
4. Present design concepts, layouts, materials, finishes, and product offerings.
5. Prepare accurate quotations and explain pricing transparently.
6. Build strong customer relationships and address objections professionally.
7. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
8. Maintain accurate CRM records, quotations, approvals, and meeting notes.
9. Coordinate effectively with Design, Customer Success, Projects, and Accounts teams.
10. Ensure smooth project handover with complete customer and project details.

Effective Communication Interior design Sales
Earn certifications in these skills
Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field, or relevant work experience in interiors.
2. Prior exposure to interior design, home interiors, furniture, real estate, or premium retail sales is preferred.
3. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
4. Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand lifestyle needs.
5. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced interior design environment.
6. Comfortable using CRM software and presentation tools (experience with Coohom is an advantage).
7. Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized.
