The Role:
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will work closely with various teams to deliver exceptional service and drive client satisfaction.Develop and maintain client relationshipsIdentify client needs and propose suitable solutionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure service deliveryMonitor client satisfaction and address any issuesPrepare reports and presentations for clientsTeam Structure: You will be part of a dynamic team focused on client engagement and satisfaction.
