About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
2. Maintain and update financial records, invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
3. Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
4. Prepare and maintain MIS reports, expense statements, and financial data.
5. Assist in invoice verification, reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.
6. Support bank reconciliation and ledger-related activities.
7. Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related documentation and requirements. Assist in monthly closing and other accounting activities.
8. Maintain proper records of financial transactions and ensure accuracy of data.
9. Develop an understanding of the company's IT products, solutions, services, and business processes.
10. Support finance activities related to IT projects, software/services, hardware, AMC, cloud, networking, and other technology-related business transactions.
11. Ensure timely completion of assigned finance and accounting tasks.

Other requirements

A. Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in BCom, MCom, finance, accounting, or a related field.

2. 02 years of experience in finance/accounts; freshers can also apply.

3. Good understanding of basic accounting and finance concepts.

4. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.

5. Good analytical and numerical skills.

6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Basic understanding of the IT industry, IT products, services, and technology business will be preferred.

9. Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.

10. Good organizational and time-management skills.

B. Preferred knowledge:

1. MS Excel basic formulas, data management, and reporting.

2. Tally/ERP/Accounting software knowledge.

3. GST and basic taxation knowledge will be an added advantage.

4. Understanding of IT products/services such as hardware, software, networking, cloud, AMC, and IT solutions will be preferred.
