Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the complete project lifecycle from project kick-off to closure, ensuring timely delivery, defined scope, and high-quality execution.
2. Proactively identify and resolve project blockers before they impact timelines or deliverables.
3. Lead internal status calls and client-facing meetings, presenting project progress, timelines, and updates.
4. Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for clients.
5. Act as a strategic advisor by understanding client business goals, including revenue, ROI, and customer acquisition, and aligning project outcomes accordingly.
6. Coordinate effectively between clients, analysts, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution and goal alignment.
7. Create, manage, and maintain detailed project timelines and milestones while ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

5. Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

6. Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools such as Zoho Projects, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.

7. Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, and thumb stop ratio.

8. Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, including budget pacing, creative fatigue, audience overlap, and campaign optimization.

9. Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio, with the ability to connect advertising performance to business and revenue outcomes.
