• Develop and execute comprehensive Annual Operating Plans and marketing strategies specifically targeted at accelerating revenue growth.
  
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution with a rigorous focus on Return on Investment (ROI) and efficient budget utilization.
  
• Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance customer acquisition improve retention rates and execute win-back programs.
  
• Lead the deployment of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Television Digital Print Radio and Out-of-Home (OOH) media.
  
• Utilize advanced technology automation tools and Artificial Intelligence to address the evolving needs of affiliates and consumers.
  
• Oversee the growth and marketing of key product categories including Linear TV Value-Added Services (VAS) and IPTV.
  
• Cultivate high-impact marketing partnerships and drive growth through influencer collaborations and strategic alliances.
  
• Manage public relations and communication strategies to support strategic distribution initiatives.
  
• Analyze industry data specifically BARC metrics to derive actionable insights that inform marketing tactics.
  
• Establish clear performance metrics for campaigns and continuously measure overall marketing effectiveness.
  
• Oversee the planning and management of marketing and media budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Requirements

Key Requirements

* MBA / PG from a Tier I institute

* Experience developing Annual Operating Plans and marketing plans focused on revenue growth

* Strong ROI-driven approach to campaign execution and budget management

* Experience identifying and implementing marketing strategies for customer acquisition retention and win-back initiatives

* Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across TV Digital Print Radio and OOH

* Ability to leverage technology automation and AI to address affiliate and consumer needs

* Experience managing and growing categories such as Linear TV VAS and IPTV

* Experience creating marketing partnerships and driving influencer and partner-led growth

* Experience handling publicity and communication for strategic distribution initiatives

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret BARC data and convert insights into actionable marketing initiatives

* Experience defining campaign performance metrics and measuring marketing effectiveness

* Experience managing marketing and media budgets

* Strong media planning and growth marketing experience preferred
