Position Overview:
As an Integration and Customization Engineer I you will work closely with clients and internal teams to design and implement robust solutions tailored to unique business requirements. Your role will involve developing web applications IVRreports customizing existing features integrating APIs & Third party application / CRM to ensure seamless functionality.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and customize applications using PHP HTML CSS and .
Manage API integrations using JSON XML and SOAP.
Ensure seamless deployments across cloud and on-premise environments.
Address and resolve customer tickets with a problem-solving mindset.
Ensure clear communication and empathy while providing timely support and deployment.
