a. IDENTIFYING AND ACQUIRING NEW DEALERS, AS WELL AS ANALYZING THE EXISTING DEALER BASE OF THE AREA
b. BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE DEALERS
c. DEVELOPING A TEAM OF SALES EXECUTIVE UNDER HIM TO SERVICE THE DEALERS
d. MANAGING THE ENTIRE SALES CYCLE FROM PROSPECTION THROUGH TO SUCCESSFUL CLOSURE
e. BUILDING A STRONG PIPELINE AND ENSURING ACCURATE SALES FORECASTING.
f. COORDINATING WITH OTHER TEAMS TO ENSURE SMOOTH DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS TO DEALERS
g. PREPARING REGULAR REPORTS AND PARTICIPATING IN REGULAR MEETINGS TO REVIEW PERFORMANCE
h. ANALYZING MARKET TRENDS AND COMPETITORS’ ACTIVITIES AND FORMULATING STRATEGIES TO RESPOND TO THESE
i. IDENTIFYING ADVERTISEMENT / BRANDING REQUIREMENT FOR THE COMPANY IN THE AREA
