About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Generate leads through telecalling and field marketing.2. Explain gold loan offerings and schedule customer appointments.
3. Support customer transactions and build relationships.
4. Assist with renewals and follow gold handling and security protocols.
Skill(s) required
Effective Communication Field Work
Earn certifications in these skills
Other requirements
1. Fluency in the local language.
2. Comfortable with field-based, customer-facing work.
3. Willing to obtain a driving license within two months of joining.
4. Pune/Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
Salary
Probation:
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹11,000 - 12,600 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,02,000 - 2,62,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,52,000 - 2,11,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 - 51,000 /year
