About the Opportunity

We’re looking for licensed dentists to apply their clinical expertise to the evaluation and improvement of advanced AI systems.

You’ll create realistic dental case scenarios, develop reference answers that demonstrate sound clinical reasoning, and evaluate AI-generated responses for diagnostic accuracy, treatment planning, and appropriate standards of care.

This is expert-level clinical evaluation work designed for practicing dental professionals. Your experience will help identify inaccurate, unsafe, unsupported, or out-of-scope clinical guidance and help improve how AI systems reason about dentistry and oral health.

What You’ll Do

• Create realistic dental case scenarios incorporating clinical findings, radiographic information, and treatment plans.

• Write reference answers that explain the clinical reasoning behind diagnostic and treatment decisions.

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for diagnostic accuracy and appropriate standards of care.

• Identify unsafe, fabricated, unsupported, or out-of-scope clinical recommendations.

• Clearly explain why an AI-generated response is correct, incomplete, or clinically inappropriate.

• Apply your professional judgment across a range of dental conditions and treatment-planning scenarios.

Who Should Apply

This opportunity is designed for experienced dentists with an active US dental license and broad clinical experience.

Relevant experience includes:

• Restorative dentistry

Dentists with specialty training or additional experience in oral surgery, orthodontics, or related areas are also encouraged to apply.

Required Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree.

• Active, unencumbered US dental license.

• At least 2 years of clinical dental practice.

• Broad experience across restorative dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, and treatment planning.

• Strong written English and the ability to clearly document clinical reasoning.

• Ability to commit at least 10 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialty training in endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics, or a related dental specialty.

• Faculty appointment or experience teaching continuing dental education.

• Strong depth in dental radiographic interpretation.

• Practice ownership or broader clinical practice experience.

Work Arrangement

• $100–$155/hour, based on professional experience and expertise.

• Fully remote and asynchronous.

• Minimum 10 hours per week, with no stated maximum.

• Flexibility to scale your hours up or down based on availability and project needs.

• Weekly payments via Stripe.

• No screen recording, keystroke monitoring, or idle-time tracking.

• Independent contractor engagement with potential for ongoing project work.
