Role : Salesforce Conga CPQ LeadExperience : 7+ YearsEmployment Type : Full-Time (FTE)Location : Hybrid - Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Noida, Hyderabad, or VijayawadaNotice Period : Immediate to 15 DaysAbout the Role : We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Conga CPQ Lead with 7+ years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Conga CPQ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, testing, and supporting CPQ solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions using Salesforce Conga CPQ.- Configure products, pricing, quoting, and related CPQ processes.- Collaborate with business, functional, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Perform application testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.- Provide technical support and resolve issues in existing CPQ applications.- Work on Salesforce integrations, APIs, and web services as required.- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.- Maintain technical documentation, development processes, configuration details, and technical specifications.- Follow best practices for development, deployment, and version control.- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce, Conga CPQ, and cloud technologies.- Contribute to continuous improvement of CPQ solutions and development processes.Mandatory Skills : - 7+ years of overall experience in Salesforce/Conga CPQ.- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Conga CPQ.- Good understanding of CPQ configuration, product setup, pricing, and quoting processes.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.Preferred Skills : - Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.- Experience with API integrations and web services.- Familiarity with Git/version control systems.- Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment.- Good understanding of Salesforce development and deployment practices.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Candidate Profile : - Strong technical and functional understanding of Conga CPQ.- Ability to independently own CPQ implementation and support activities.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting capabilities.- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days are preferred.
