Day Booker/ Accounts Executive

We are looking for a diligent and honest remote day booker to record all daily financial transactions accurately and maintain up-to-date cash and bank books. This is an entry to mid-level role suitable for candidates with basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets. Location: India (Remote) Qualification: B.Com / 12th / Commerce Experience: 0 – 2 years Salary Range: 10,000/– to 12,000/- month Key Responsibilities • Enter all daily cash and bank transactions in the daybook / cashbook • Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments on a daily basis • Maintain petty cash register and ensure proper voucher documentation • Reconcile daily closing cash balance with physical cash on hand • File and organise bills, invoices, and supporting documents • Report daily summaries to the senior accountant or manager Requirements: • Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) • Comfortable with Google Sheets for data entry, basic formulas, and reporting • Honest, punctual, and highly attentive to detail • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home setup for remote work • Good written and spoken communication in Hindi and / or English Nice to Have: • Prior internship or work experience in an accounts department • Basic understanding of GST invoicing • Familiarity with digital payment records (UPI, NEFT, RTGS entries) Only those candidates will get the call, who fill the form using the below;
