Versatile Club is an India-native Employer of Record. US, UK and Australian companies use us to hire, onboard and pay teams in India without setting up an entity, while we handle PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity and compliance on our own payroll entity. 

The role

Most of our EOR clients start with one hire and grow to full teams. You will be the commercial owner of that growth. You will manage a book of EOR accounts, keep them healthy, and expand them through more seats, dedicated recruiting, devices, benefits and migrations from other providers. Our clients sit in US, UK and Australian time zones, so you will be reachable when they are and in the room when it counts. In your first six months, we will look at renewal rate, expansion revenue per account, and how quickly clients hear back from you.

What you'll do

• Own a portfolio of EOR accounts from signed contract to renewal, as the person clients call first.
• Grow every account: spot when a client is ready for more seats, a dedicated recruiter, or add-ons like devices and benefits, and close it.
• Lead conversations with clients moving from another EOR or from contractors onto our entity.
• Run quarterly account reviews covering headcount, cost, compliance status and satisfaction, and catch churn risk early.
• Work with our compliance and payroll leads to resolve issues fast, then explain the answer to the client in plain language.
• Build proposals, negotiate pricing, own renewals, and keep pipeline and forecasts current in the CRM.
• Travel to meet clients and attend industry events, and cover client-time-zone calls on rotational day and night shifts.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in account executive, account management or client-facing B2B sales.
• Hands-on experience managing EOR clients, or adjacent accounts in payroll, PEO, global hiring or staffing.
• Proven upsell and cross-sell wins. Be ready to share your numbers.
• Clear written and spoken communication, with the confidence to work with founders, HR and finance leaders in the US, UK and Australia.
• Ability to work day or night shifts as client needs require, and to travel for client meetings.
• Ownership: you follow through on commitments without being chased.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Indian payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS).
• Experience selling to international or offshore clients.
