Role Description The Primary Coordinator will oversee the academic and co-curricular programs for primary grades, ensuring curriculum delivery aligns with Cambridge and CBSE standards. Qualifications
- Strong classroom management and instructional leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor primary teachers.
- Experience in curriculum planning and implementation, preferably with Cambridge and/or CBSE primary programs.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, staff, and families.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, documentation, and assessment coordination.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field; a B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
- Prior experience in a primary coordinator, grade-level leader, or similar academic leadership role is an advantage.
- Commitment to holistic education, child-centered learning, and adherence to school policies and safeguarding standards.
