About the job
We are looking for a friendly, organised Front Desk Administrator to manage our academy reception, welcome clients and students, explain courses and fees, collect monthly student payments, and support daily academy operations.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Welcome visitors, students, and parents professionally and assist with their enquiries.2. Explain available courses, fee structures, class schedules, and admission procedures.
3. Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly and courteously.
4. Follow up with prospective students and assist with registrations and enrolments.
5. Collect monthly student fees, issue receipts, maintain accurate payment records, and follow up on overdue payments.
6. Record daily collections and submit payment summaries to management.
7. Maintain student records, attendance information, and other administrative documents.
8. Communicate class schedules, reminders, cancellations, and academy updates to students and parents.
9. Coordinate with instructors and management to support smooth daily operations.
10. Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, monitor basic office supplies, and assist with routine administrative tasks.
11. Handle concerns politely and refer issues to management when needed.
12. Keep student information and payment records confidential.

1. Minimum higher secondary qualification; a diploma or degree is preferred.
2. Ability to communicate clearly in English and the local language.
3. Comfortable handling cash, digital payments, receipts, and daily payment reconciliation.
4. Ability to follow up on fee payments politely and consistently.
5. Confidence in explaining courses and helping prospective students choose suitable options.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy reception.
7. Patience and professionalism when dealing with students, parents, and complaints.
8. Willingness to work according to academy timings, including evenings or weekends as required.
9. Ability to learn student management and billing software.
10. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with instructors and management.
