Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability across multiple locations in the gold/jewellery/financial services/retail industry.

• Operations Management:

  • Oversee multi-location operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all business processes.

• Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage large teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Revenue Growth:

  • Drive significant revenue growth, with a focus on achieving double-digit growth year-over-year.

• Financial Oversight:

  • Manage P&L at the state level, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.

• Market Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior in the gold/jewellery sector to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Graduate degree; MBA preferred, with strong business acumen.

• Experience:

  • 10 to 15 years of proven experience in the gold/jewellery/financial services/retail industry, particularly in handling multi-location operations.

• Proven Track Record:

  • Demonstrated success in managing large teams and scaling business revenue significantly.
