About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery / Project Manager to lead the successful execution of multiple enterprise data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end data projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards. This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to independently drive project governance across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver 2–3 concurrent data projects while ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to define project plans, milestones, and delivery schedules.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and successful project delivery.

• Independently represent the Data Team in project governance meetings, status reviews, and leadership discussions involving senior and middle management.

• Track project deliverables, manage resource allocation, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Drive timely issue resolution and maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders.

• Ensure delivery excellence through effective planning, execution, and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Delivery Management or Project Management with a focus on Data Engineering/Data Platform projects .

• Proven experience managing multiple data projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Good understanding of Databricks , modern data platforms, and cloud-based data engineering implementations.

• Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, project lifecycle management, and risk management.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple workstreams.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Experience with data warehousing, ETL pipelines, analytics platforms, or enterprise data modernization projects.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
