Position: Asst. Manager/Manager - Maintenance

Location: Silvassa

Experience: 10 - 12 Years

Industries: Wire

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Routine, Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of Plant machinery, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Gear Boxes, Water, RO&DM water Plant, Pneumatic & Hydraulic equipment’s, 
• Chillers & AHU ,ETP & STP Plant, OTO & SLM Machines
• Use key Parameter like KPI, MTTR, MTBF, Downtime, and maintenance cost data for improve OEE
• Participate effectively in 5 S’s, Kaizen
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance for increasing machine availability
• Working experience of Workshop Machines like Lathe, Milling, Shaper & drill machines
• Responsible for minimum downtime & spares managements (Indenting, Specifications ,Utilization)
• Effective man power planning and utilization
• Implementation of ISO 9001, TS 16949, OHSAS 18001
• Provide Internal & External training for improving Skill Matrix of maintenance department
• Perform root cause analysis for breakdown

• Good leader 

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 12.00 LPA
