Must Have Skills : - Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Calypso.- Calypso product knowledge L2 level, plus Calypso dev experience and support system tools knowledge.- Java, Linux, and SQL skills with any RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).- Excellent troubleshooting experience with ITSM / ITIL.Technical Skills : - Hands-on experience with Calypso (front-to-back processing, Treasury, Derivatives, Collateral, Confirmations).- Strong Java debugging skills.- Solid SQL skills for data investigation and minor fixes.- Comfort with Linux/Unix command line for log collection.- Experience with ITSM tool 'Ivanti Neurons' for incident and change management.- Understanding of Calypso architecture.Responsibilities : - Act as primary Calypso L2 technical support contact for incidents and service requests.- Triage incoming tickets, reproduce issues, and apply recovery steps.- Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents.- Conduct Java-level debugging and analyze logs.- Escalate to Level 3 / Development with detailed technical analysis.- Execute database queries (SQL) and perform configuration checks.- Monitor application health and coordinate with infrastructure teams.- Maintain runbooks, knowledge base articles, and playbooks.- Participate in on-call rotations.
