Job Role: Executive Assistant Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat Experience: 0-3 Yrs (Freshers can also Apply) Preference: Only Girls or Women's About: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal/Executive Assistant (PA) to support our CTO/CEO. You’ll be the force multiplier who enables the CTO/CEO to focus on growth, innovation, and leadership while you handle the tactical and administrative functions with confidentiality and excellence. This role will teach you more than an average MBA degree and sharpen your interpersonal, leadership and life skills. You will get an opportunity to learn about all business functions such as HR, Tech Operations, Sales, Marketing etc. Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the calendar, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups across multiple time zones. Prioritize daily tasks, filter distractions, and ensure the CTO/CEO’s time is aligned with top business priorities. Take meeting notes, summarize discussions, and track action items for follow-through. Help prepare for client calls, leadership meetings, and client interactions with briefs and research. Assist with internal team coordination—reminders, team updates, and approvals. Liaise with HR, Sales, Marketing and Technology Teams to ensure updates and reports reach the CTO/CEO efficiently. Draft and refine internal/external communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CTO/CEO. Handle sensitive and confidential information including financials, strategy documents, employee concerns, and client matters with utmost discretion. Maintain and organize digital files, records, contracts, and communication logs. Plan and coordinate travel (international & domestic), visas, accommodations, and event schedules. Ensure smooth logistics for business meetings, conferences, and speaking
