About the job
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced human resources (HR) executive to join our team at SecureRegent Private Limited. As an HR executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our human capital and driving organizational growth through effective HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.2. Conducting recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
3. Managing employee relations, performance evaluations, and employee development programs.
4. Handling payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
5. Facilitating training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
6. Providing support for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
7. Collaborating with management to develop strategic HR plans to support company objectives. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional skills in MS Excel, English proficiency (spoken), effective communication, and negotiation.
