Digital Marketing Internship

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
- Support intern onboarding processes and ensure smooth communication with newly selected candidates.
- Observe and assist in HR operations, including intern engagement and coordination activities.
- Participate in virtual HR meetings, maintain meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Conduct basic research on HR practices, engagement strategies, and current industry trends as required.
- Assist in preparing HR-related documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain weekly progress reports on assigned tasks and learning outcomes.
- Support organisational outreach initiatives, including awareness campaigns and engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Good communication, organization, and time management skills
- Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote setting
- Eager to learn and observe HR practices
