About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand client requirements, preferences, and project scope.
2. Prepare 2D drawings, 3D designs, electrical layouts, plumbing layouts, and execution plans.
3. Deliver high-quality, realistic 3D visualizations.
4. Manage projects from design approval to final handover.
5. Ensure site execution is as per approved 2D and 3D designs.
6. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project completion.
7. Monitor project timelines, quality, and progress.
8. Calculate and estimate material quantities required for projects.
9. Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of materials.
10. Conduct site visits and resolve execution-related issues.
11. Work closely with the sales, accounts, and execution teams.
12. Ensure all client commitments, payment schedules, variations, and important project information are properly documented and updated in company records and files.
13. Maintain project documentation and reporting systems.

Elgibility criteria:

Candidates must fulfill any one of the following:
2. Diploma in Interior Designing (Completed or Final Year)
3. Bachelor of Architecture (Completed or Final Year)
4. Civil Engineering (Completed)

Adobe Photoshop AutoCAD Autodesk 3ds Max Community Management Enscape Google SketchUp Leadership Lumion MS-Excel Project Management Team Management

Earn certifications in these skills

Who can apply

1. Ability to create realistic 3D renders is mandatory.

2. Must own a two-wheeler or personal vehicle for site visits.
