Require a Marketing Production Manager Secretary, in Mumbai

• Coordinate end-to-end production timelines for marketing campaigns across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact between marketing teams, creative agencies, vendors, and external partners.
  
• Manage and track the status of all marketing assets, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
  
• Maintain detailed production calendars, project trackers, and documentation for all ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
  
• Prepare and distribute briefing documents, creative specs, and approval workflows for internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Conduct quality checks on final deliverables before distribution or publication.
  
• Facilitate internal approvals and manage feedback loops to minimize delays.
  
• Maintain a centralized digital repository for all marketing assets, ensuring version control and easy access.
  
• Support the marketing manager in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
  
• Identify process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
  

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, administrative support, or production coordination within a marketing or creative agency environment.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is highly preferred.
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
  
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to brand consistency.
  
• Familiarity with creative production workflows, including design, copywriting, video editing, and digital asset management.
