Key Responsibilities:

A. Recruitment:
1. Handled end-to-end recruitment processes, including strategic sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
2. Managed job portals for various job postings and maintained SOPs for hiring as per company standards.
3. Worked extensively on job portals for talent acquisition and maintained candidate databases for efficient hiring.
4. Maintained strong knowledge of posting job descriptions and fixing the criteria received from the concerned department.
5. Coordinated interview line-ups through personal resources, employees, management, online portals, and referral programs.
6. Scheduled interviews by coordinating with department heads, management, and candidates.
7. Negotiated job offers, including joining dates and compensation packages, with candidates.
8. Ensured a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
9. Prepared MIS recruitment sheets for management reporting using Google Sheets.

B. Onboarding & Induction:
1. Managed new hire onboarding processes, including joining formalities, documentation, HRMS data entry, and attendance punching.
2. Conducted induction programs for new employees, covering HR policies, rules, and regulations, grooming, and other key information on the first day of joining.
3. Provided joining kits to all new employees and communicated joining formalities with respective managers and HODs.

C. Job Description of Each Department:
1. Prepared job descriptions for all departments in consultation with HODs.
2. Ensured manpower requisition forms were submitted by departments and approved by the MD.
3. Ensured paid online job postings were signed and approved by the MD.
4. Prepared employee referral data every month.
