About the job
Primary Responsibilities:
Communicate with prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Work closely with the business development team to generate leads across various industry sectors.
Create, maintain, and update databases of current and potential customers.
Achieve individual and departmental lead generation targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities proactively.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients while representing the company's brand values.
Ensure all customer interactions are prompt, polite, and professional.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Research and qualify potential prospects.
Stay updated on products, services, and market developments.
Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
Support other departments as required. Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Experience with CRM tools and lead management processes is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills. What We're Looking For
