Require a Social Media Marketing Manager in Mumbai

- Develop and implement integrated social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-impact content that aligns with brand voice, campaign objectives, and audience preferences.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social.
- Lead community management efforts, including timely responses to customer inquiries, feedback, and crisis communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, sales, product) to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging digital tools.
- Manage paid social media campaigns (SMM), including budget allocation, A/B testing, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
- Identify and nurture influencer partnerships and brand ambassador programs to amplify reach and credibility.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and ensure compliance with company guidelines and legal standards.
- Present monthly and quarterly performance reports to senior leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple social media accounts with measurable growth in followers, engagement, and conversions.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of paid social advertising (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) and campaign optimization.
- Exceptional copywriting, visual storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, trends, and brand aesthetics.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
