The company is focused on building structured, growth-oriented business operations with strong execution standards, project discipline, and quality-driven development practices. PerfHR is hiring on behalf of Sunlit Urbana for a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Panchkula, Haryana. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution, monitoring construction progress, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and supporting timely project delivery. Candidates with prior experience in residential, private, or commercial real estate projects will have a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site execution and monitor project progress Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors Monitor quality standards, material usage, and construction practices at the site Track site activity, labour deployment, and project milestones Report project status, site issues, and delays to management promptly Support quantity checks, billing verification, and contractor coordination Ensure compliance with safety practices and site discipline Assist in resolving on-ground engineering and execution issues Maintain records related to site progress, inspections, and work completion Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field Strong understanding of site execution, drawings, construction methods, and quality checks sExperience in res
