Axtria - Data Scientist - Python

LOCATION : Gurgaon, Noida, Bangalore, Pune, HyderabadJOB OBJECTIVE : Data Scientist with 3+ years of experience in developing scalable Machine Learning models and their operationalization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Tech Stack & Skills : - Experience in model development using Python/PySpark libraries. Development on Databricks or Dataiku DSS is a plus.- Strong experience on Spark with Scala/Python/Java.- Proficiency in building, training, and evaluating state-of-the-art machine learning models and deployment.- Proficiency in Statistical and Probabilistic methods such as SVM, Decision-Trees, Bagging, Boosting, and Clustering.- Proficiency in Core NLP techniques (Text Classification, NER, Topic Modeling, Sentiment Analysis) and experience with LLMs, LSTMs, GRUs, transformers.- Hands-on experience in Python data-science packages (NumPy, Pandas, Sklearn, Seaborn, PyCaret, Matplotlib).- Proficiency in Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, NLTK, Stanford NLP, PyTorch, Keras, SparkML, OpenAI).- Experience with collaboration tools like GIT, Jira, and Confluence.- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).- Understanding of Commercial Pharma landscape and Patient Data/Analytics is a huge plus.Logical Thinking & Communication : - Analytical mindset with a systematic approach to problem-solving.- Ability to communicate ideas clearly across technical and business forums.ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : - B-Tech/BE or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Econometrics, or related discipline from Tier 1-2 college with 3+ years of experience in Advanced Analytics or Machine Learning.BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCY : - Excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills to solve complex business requirements.- Customer-focused, problem-solver, and a relentless learner with a drive for results.
