About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design website creatives, including PDP banners, collection banners, and homepage visuals.2. Create promotional tiles, landing page creatives, and other e-commerce assets.
3. Develop performance marketing creatives; motion design skills are an added advantage.
4. Design visuals, banners, and headers for email marketing campaigns.
5. Create catalogues, lookbooks, and brand presentation decks.
6. Translate creative briefs into clean, conversion-focused, and commerce-ready designs.
7. Maintain visual consistency across all platforms and marketing campaigns.
8. Deliver high-quality design iterations with speed and accuracy.
9. Collaborate with marketers, designers, and developers to execute creative requirements.

Other requirements
1. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in visual or graphic design.
2. Strong proficiency in Figma.
3. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
4. Excellent understanding of layout, composition, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and balance.
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
6. Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
7. Familiarity with motion design is preferred.
8. Basic understanding of video editing workflows.
9. Experience working with retail, fashion, or D2C brands is preferred.
10. Exposure to performance marketing or CRO-driven design is an advantage.
11. Comfortable experimenting with AI-assisted design tools.
12. At least 1 year of experience using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
