Job Overview

We are seeking Senior AI Trainers to support a customer-driven project focused on improving AI system accuracy through expert-level video annotation and data labeling.

In this role, you will apply your expertise to review and annotate video footage of robotic arms executing assigned tasks. Your work will help generate high-quality, structured training data that supports the development and improvement of next-generation AI systems.

You will be responsible for accurately identifying actions and outcomes, applying detailed grading guidelines, marking precise timestamps, and maintaining consistent annotation quality across video datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Review video footage of robotic arms executing assigned tasks and accurately identify key actions, transitions, and outcomes.

• Apply detailed grading and annotation guidelines to tag relevant events and provide structured observations.

• Identify and document actions and outcomes with a high degree of precision and consistency.

• Mark precise start and end timestamps for key actions, transitions, and outcomes.

• Perform frame-accurate segmentation of video sessions where required.

• Verify timestamp accuracy and ensure annotations are properly aligned with the underlying video footage.

• Identify and correct timestamp drift, inconsistencies, or discrepancies between labeled events and source footage.

• Use video annotation tools and platforms to document findings and produce annotated datasets.

• Complete and submit annotation work in accordance with project standards, requirements, and milestones.

• Collaborate with project trainers and other contributors to resolve ambiguous cases and improve annotation consistency.

• Provide input when annotation guidelines require clarification or refinement.

• Participate in ongoing quality reviews and incorporate feedback to maintain rigorous annotation standards.

• Communicate progress, challenges, and potential annotation issues clearly and in a timely manner.

• Work independently while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and productivity throughout the project.

• Experience with frame-level or timecode-based annotation.

• Familiarity with marking event boundaries and working with video frame rates.

• Experience reviewing footage frame by frame.

• Background in AI training or machine learning data preparation.

• Experience working on robotics-related projects.

• Familiarity with robotic systems, robotic arms, or visual data involving automated systems is strongly preferred.
