Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist
CTC: 8 LPA ( 5 LPA Fixed + 3 LPA Variable)Location: Ashoka Pillar
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Experience Required: 1-5 Years

We offer personalized mentorship & data-driven insights for a simplified NEET counselling journey. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and outbound outreach.
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
3. Conduct product presentations and sales pitches over calls or virtual meetings.
4. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to drive conversions.
5. Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals assigned by the company.
6. Update lead status, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business growth.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.
9. Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
10. Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions to enhance client satisfaction.
