Key responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle (sourcing to closure)Handle client requirements and deliver quality profiles within TAT
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Conduct initial screening and candidate assessment
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
