Telecaller Consultant

Varaha is seeking a high-performing Field Investigator Consultant to lead critical on-ground assessments in the Wardha region. As a Consultant you will act as a subject matter expert on the ground responsible for the accuracy of sustainability data identifying local risks and providing actionable insights that influence project success.

This role requires a strong understanding of agricultural extension rural development audit or field research with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with local project participants and provide on-the-spot guidance and support.

The Field Investigator Consultant will be responsible for executing complex site investigations ensuring high-quality data collection that meets rigorous internal and client audit standards. They will also act as the primary interface with local stakeholders providing on-the-spot guidance resolving project-related queries and identifying potential barriers to project implementation.

In addition the Field Investigator Consultant will analyze field conditions and provide recommendations to the project management team regarding process improvements or risk mitigation. They will maintain professional relationships with local project participants to ensure continuous project engagement and ensure all site activities are audit-ready and comply with global sustainability standards.
