The Nursing Staff will be responsible for patient care, monitoring patient progress, assisting in medical procedures, and administering prescribed medications. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining patient records, communicating with physicians, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. The role requires adherence to hospital protocols and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Qualifications Expertise in Nursing, Medicine, and Patient Care Compassionate Caregiving skills and the ability to support patients physically and emotionally Clear and professional Communication skills, both with patients and healthcare teams Ability to handle critical situations efficiently and follow proper medical protocols Relevant certifications or a degree in Nursing or a related field Knowledge of standard medical practices and regulations Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is an advantage Strong work ethic and dedication to improving patient well-being
