Office Administrator 1 - 3 Years

Role Description The Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Okhla, New Delhi, responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the studio. This position manages front-desk activities, including handling phone calls, coordinating appointments, welcoming visitors, and maintaining a professional office environment. The Office Administrator oversees office supplies and equipment, supports documentation and record-keeping, and assists with scheduling meetings and internal communications. The role also includes basic customer service support, such as responding to client inquiries, coordinating with project teams, and facilitating efficient information flow. The Office Administrator works closely with leadership and project staff to provide reliable administrative assistance that supports studio productivity.

Qualifications

Strong Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to manage daily operations, documentation, and scheduling.

Ability to operate and maintain Office Equipment, including printers, scanners, phone systems, and basic IT-related tasks.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and comfort with digital filing and data entry.

Previous experience in an administrative or office coordination role, preferably in a design, architecture, or professional services environment.

Relevant diploma or bachelors degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.
