About Firstsource : Firstsource Solutions Limited, an RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group company (NSE : FSL, BSE : 532809, Reuters : FISO.BO, Bloomberg : FSOL : IN), is a specialized global business process services partner, providing transformational solutions and services spanning the customer lifecycle across Healthcare, Banking and Financial Services, Communications, Media and Technology, Retail, and other diverse industries.With an established presence in the US, the UK, India, Mexico, Australia, South Africa, and the Philippines, we make it happen for our clients, solving their biggest challenges with hyper-focused, domain-centered teams and cutting-edge tech, data, and analytics.Our real-world practitioners work collaboratively to deliver future-focused outcomes.Required Qualifications : - 10+ years in business analysis and product management- 5+ years in people management or team leadership- Deep knowledge of US healthcare workflows, claims, eligibility, non-claims, Digital intake, compliance requirements (HIPAA, CMS regulations), and industry pain points- Proven track record leading product delivery and/or project implementations in healthcare- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage C-suite and technical stakeholders- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)AI/Tech/API Related : - Understanding of Intelligent Automation/RPA impact on healthcare processes and how to document automation opportunities- Ability to identify and document requirements for AI-powered features- Knowledge of data quality requirements and implications for AI/ML models- Understanding how to gather requirements from stakeholders for intelligent automation projects- Familiarity with AI-driven change management - communicating automation and AI adoption to end-users- Awareness of Operations Intelligence and how to translate business problems into data-driven insights- Understanding workflows that can benefit from intelligent automation (claims processing, eligibility verification, etc.)- Ability to work with data teams to define features and requirements for AI-powered solutionsPreferred Qualifications : - Healthcare domain expertise (clinical, Digital intake, claims, member services)- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems (EHR, claim platforms, payer systems)- Experience working with BPO/managed services models- PMP, CSPM, or advanced certification in project/product management (ref:hirist.tech)
