ERP Solution Architect - MS Dynamics 365

Job Location : Pune.Role : ERP Solution Architect D365 Finance & Supply Chain.Role Summary : We are seeking an experienced ERP Solution Architect to provide technical and solution leadership for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&O).The role will be responsible for solution architecture, integrations, data migration, technical governance, platform optimization, and ERP modernization initiatives.The ideal candidate will combine deep D365 architecture expertise with strong business process understanding and extensive experience delivering enterprise ERP implementations.Key Responsibilities : 1. Solution Architecture : - Design end-to-end ERP solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.- Define architecture standards, technical roadmaps, and platform governance practices.- Evaluate and recommend solutions that align business objectives with technical capabilities.2. ERP Implementation Leadership : - Lead technical workstreams across ERP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and transformations.- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.- Provide architecture oversight throughout the project lifecycle.3. Integrations & Data Architecture : - Design and govern integrations involving : Dataverse, Azure Integration Services, APIs, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and ETL frameworks.- Define data migration strategies, governance models, and reconciliation processes.4. Platform Governance : - Manage D365 environments and release management activities.- Establish security architecture, role-based access controls, and compliance standards.- Drive technical quality assurance and solution reviews.5. Reporting & Analytics : - Architect enterprise reporting solutions using : Power BI, Fabric, and Data Lake Architectures.- Enable enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities.Required Qualifications : 1. Experience : - 10 to 12 years of ERP experience.- Minimum 3 years in Solution Architecture or Technical Leadership roles.- Experience leading technical architecture for : 1. D365 F&O.2. SAP S/4HANA.3. Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.2. Technical Expertise : - Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O architecture.- Strong understanding of : 1. Data migration frameworks.2. Integration architecture.3. Azure services.4. Dataverse.5. Microsoft Fabric.6. Power Platform.7. Security architecture.8. Release management.3. Business Knowledge : - Good understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes.- Ability to translate finance and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.4. Leadership Skills : - Technical leadership and mentoring.- Vendor and partner management.- Solution governance and architecture review.5. Education : - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field.Preferred Certifications : - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Certifications.- Azure Certifications.- Power Platform Certifications.
