About the job
Key Responsibilities :
1. Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other outbound sales activities in international markets.2. Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients for Mobile App Development and IT services.
3. Schedule and conduct discovery calls, requirement discussions, and introductory meetings with international clients.
4. Coordinate and arrange demos with the technical/project team based on client requirements.
5. Prepare proposals, quotations, project estimations, and follow-up documentation.
6. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to improve conversion rates and reduce lead drop-offs.
7. Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead status, meeting updates, follow-ups, and sales pipeline activities.
8. Engage professionally with prospects through emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings. Required Skills : 1. Strong experience in international IT sales and outbound business development.
2. Hands-on experience in cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, and client handling.
3. Good understanding of Mobile App Development services, Web Development, and IT solutions.
4. Experience working with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Strong presentation, and follow-up skills. Eligibility Criteria : 1. Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, or any technical/related field.
2. Minimum 01+ years of experience in International IT Sales / Mobile App Sales.
3. Experience in handling US, UK, Canada, Australia, or global clients will be preferred.
