Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, acquiring clients, and building strong client relationships within the recruitment and staffing industry, with a focus on international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients across domestic and international markets.
Generate business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client hiring requirements and promote the company's recruitment and staffing services.
Follow up on business leads, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal recruitment and marketing teams to support business growth.
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and potential target markets.
Prepare regular reports on lead generation, client acquisition, sales activities, and target achievements.
Achieve business development targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
Experience in the recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting industry is preferred.
Exposure to international client acquisition or global recruitment markets will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking, lead generation, and client relationship management abilities.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, email outreach, and other business development tools.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
