Require a Field Ops Executive - NLG in Korba

• Oversee daily field operations for NLG-based projects across Navsari and adjacent regions.
  
• Coordinate and supervise field teams, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and project timelines.
  
• Track and analyze field performance using KPIs; deliver actionable insights and regular reports to senior management.
  
• Conduct routine site visits to evaluate operational efficiency, identify process gaps, and implement corrective measures.
  
• Serve as the primary liaison between field staff and central operations for real-time issue resolution.
  
• Ensure accurate, timely collection, documentation, and reporting of field data.
  
• Lead training sessions and onboarding programs for new field personnel.
  
• Manage logistics, resource allocation, and distribution of equipment and materials to field teams.
  
• Resolve field-level issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain service continuity.
  
• Maintain full compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  
• 2–5 years of proven experience in field operations, administrative coordination, or project execution.
  
• Demonstrated experience in managing field teams and supervising on-ground activities.
  
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or field management systems.
  
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure.
  
• Willingness to travel frequently within Navsari and surrounding areas.
  
• Familiarity with NLG technologies or data collection platforms is a plus.
  
• Valid driving license and access to reliable transportation.
